FAQ & Shipping
Refunds are not available at this time due to Covid-19.
Beyond Beauty Cosmetics ships internationally. Next day shipping is only available in the US.
The delivery time is estimated from date of shipping and not date of order. The delivery time is a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. All orders will take 1-2 business days for inspection and approval of order. We ship out orders Monday- Saturday except on holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sunday’s. Date or delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practice, delivery location, and the items ordered. Allow up to 4-6 business days for shipping information to be sent via email. All shipping’s inside the US take about 4 to 8 days international shipping’s are 13 to 20 days.
Please remember to list your apartment number during checkout. If you fail to do so, once orders are shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again. Shipping cost are high because I require a signature verification before receiving packages.
Shipping costs are 8$ - 17.60$
Shipping days 2-8 days depending on shipping selected.
Damaged Items in Transit
Once packages are received by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the package on delivery USPS or UPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (USPS +1-800-275-8777) (UPS +1-800-742-5877). If there is any damage to your lashes or cosmetics please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them at email@example.com.

No Refunds or Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items you purchased were damaged or you received the wrong item. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the item with details of the product and the defect. You can send us pictures of the item in its original packaging and unworn lashes, that you consider defective at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wear the lashes and find defective after we are not responsible and you cannot get a refund or exchange.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive any packages you return. shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Please allow yourself time to receive all orders. We are not response for any late packages that are out of our control.
